Harmattan is here and you know what that means: dry lips, white skins, finished creams and more. Harmattan can cause harm to your body in may ways: it can damage your skin and respiratory tracts. Your eyes also become vulnerable to dust which may lead to total or partial blindness. There ate some other diseases that the harmattan brings:
Asthma
cough
catarrh
cold

Just like our name implies, we are here to guide you and today we have prepared a special guide to help deal with harmattan.
1. Get hydrated: Drink extra water to hydrate your body. Only water, not juice, tea or coffee. On average, adults should consume about 1.5-2 litres of water per day.
2. DON'T get dehydrated: Yes, don't get dehydrated. Carbonated drinks like soda, coke and other soft drinks dehydrate your skin. Very bad idea during harmattan.
3. Apply oily cream: Obviously, you should apply oily cream to keep your skin moisturized and healthy.
4. Use Vaselines and lip balms to moisturize the lips and other delicate parts that may easily be affected.
5. Wear thick clothes: At this time if the year, the cold is usually out of this world. Tackling the cold in the harmattan is the best way to go. Cover your legs and other coverable parts of the body.
6. Eat healthy: This is beat time to build your immune system. If you have a weak immune system, you might be vulnerable to all the diseases mentioned above. Eat healthy!
7. Moisturize your hair: If you have a long hair, apply hair cream to keep it moisturized and in good shape.

8. Drive with care: To prevent accidents and death, please do endeavor to drive with care thus harmattan season.
9. If you have some respiratory conditions like asthma, please do pay attention to your health. Health is wealth.
10. Keep your house warm, neat and free from dusts.
