Can anybody in the house with vast experience on building give me an estimate on how much I will need to complete a duplex (in front) and 2 2-bedromm (at the back) on a half a plot land?
The land measures 8m x 36m and it's a dry land. You might want to exclude the cost of finishing the interior.
It will be highly appreciated if someone can help me out.

Plan/drawings must be available first to know whats d size of space required. The type of finishing matters. Talk to a Quantity Surveyor and Architect.
