The Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) Ondo State Command, has disclosed that in the last hundred days, it has arrested not less than 60 suspects for crimes, including vandalism.

It said that, other suspected criminals who were also arrested included herdsmen, armed robbers, and human traffickers, amongst others.

The State Commandant of NSCDC, Awili Pedro, made the disclosure on Friday during commissioning of the divisional headquarters, ‘B’ Division of NSCDC in Iju, Akure North Local Government Area of the state, donated to NSCDC by the Iju Community in the area.

Pedro added that since his assumption of duty 100 days today, the command has held four press briefings and had paraded for various suspects for vandalism, petroleum products adulteration and diversion.
