New Law On Treatment Of Gunshot Wounds Victims by Nobody: 9:09pm On Dec 29, 2017
I just read the Guardian talking about the new law Buhari signed. I am so happy with this, even though I don't agree with mist things this govt has done, this law is definitely commendable.

Countless lives have been lost due to hospitals insisting on police report before treating gunshot wound victims who are already in a battle for their life. The only thing I am unclear on is how the hospitals will be reimbursed for their services in a case where the victims can't afford the fees after treatment.
