Former Kebbi Gov, Deputy And Top PDP Members Defect To APC by ikaboy: 2:01am On Dec 30, 2017
A former Kebbi governor, Alhaji Sa’idu Dakingari and his deputy, Alhaji Ibrahim Aliyu, on Friday defected to All Progressive Congress (APC) from PDP. Other top PDP members that defected to the APC included the former Secretary to the state government, Alhaji Rabiu Kamba, former member House of Representatives, Alhaji Sani Kalgo, Abdullahi Dan-Alkali, Alhaji Haruna Hassan and Halima Tukur.

Ngene come and atikulate oo . Atiku defection has done more harm than good. Since his defection, 3 ex guvnors, 3 current rep members have ported to the moving train (APC), with many more coming.

APC(Buhari) has locked down the north. There will be massive voters apathy in the whole of the south when it comes Presidential election. At this rate Buhari can only lose to himself in 2019.

Well, he was same man that couldn't win senatorial election even as an incumbent governor... Good luck on his new adventure but he is on a long thing if he thinks Senator Bello Argungu will vacate his seat for him in 2019 except Governor Atiku Bagudu do wuruwuru.


Even at that, there is no guarantee that he won't flop again

Those who have ears, let them hear. Atikuchukwu cannot get up to 25% in any Northern state except his Adamawa that may give him just about 40%. The South West too will give Atikuchukwu just about 30%. Only the South-South and the South-East will give him about 70%. Meanwhile, the last election has already shown that South-South and South-East votes cannot take you to Lokoja not to talk of Abuja.

This is no brainer. The current rice revolution we are experiencing in the country today, kebbi has seriously tapped into it making several malnourished farmers before now millionaires. They tapped into current govt policies and they are better for it. These decampees had no choice. They know that if Buhari decides to re contest, he doesn't even need to campaign in Kebbi. The state is already under lock and key for Buhari.
To haters of Buhari, biko continue in ur miserable act. U are in the minority. Kebbi farmers and their like will swallow whatever number u claim u have. grin

I feel for the Apc or any party that wants to adopt this because I know this will be very difficult to acheive however I think their guiding principle should be..
"u can't stop anyone from coming to church to worship however u can stop anyone from taking over the pulpit in church"
