There has been housing/accomodation problem @ university which has made some rich indegenes recently see it as a venture to start building 1 or 2 buildings in order to accomodate students who are hunnnngry for accomodation. Even Lecturers who discovered this now has 1 or 2 buildings too to add to thier earning portfolio.
the recent launch of a very bexpensive Hotel gargen( St clements) in the area is another discovery of the potentials of real estate investment in that area.
Student not only Vy for accomodation but good accomodation, and which are ready to pay for.
the land space in the area could accomodate more than 20 estates.
A good plan for some set of 2 or 3 storey`s of buildings, could be a fortune investment for any real estate investor/ business person.
Capital invested could be recovered inless that 5--6 years
So i intend to wooooooork with any interested real estate investor/business person who wants to invest in this yet to be discovered area of real estate opportunity.
