[b]The cost cant be determined until a roofing frame work has been done. A carpenter will have to do this first, he will submit a quotation after measuring the length of your roof. And you will both have to agree whether you want a "Gable" or "Dorman" roof. Gable are the flat simple roof without anything special about it. Its okay, but just too simple. Dorman are very eye catching. A simple example is like a house having a small A and a bigger A and another bigger A, making the entire roof appear a lot more eye catching. I will try and attach pictures of both examples later for you.
So after the frame work, an aluminium fitter can come in. It depends if you want aluminum or maybe something cheaper.
We have steptiles shingles, onduvilla, clay shingles (which request plenty reinforcement because of its weight), and slates.
First, get a carpenter to get you quote for the frame work, after that, you will have an idea of whats the exact length of the entire roof.
For a 3 bedroom whose sitting room isnt bigger than 13x14ft, your roof measurement wont be more than 60ft by 52ft. But first, get a carpenter or call my company, I can have one of the company carpenter meet you after discussing,

Atleast one can have the idea of how much per square meter the long span cost in the market its does not necessarily require roofing frame before one can know how much it is sold in the market,p
rices of different types of bundles of pan are fixed the prices is what i want to know.

I am not sure why this simple question can not be answered ! what has wood work got to do with the price of one square meter ?
Any way I just completed my roof in Benin, I bought my aluminium from Agen Aluminium

Long Span 4.5 gauge straight = N1,080 per sq meter
Long Span 4.5 gauge step tiles = N1,300 per sq meter

Good Luck, the quotes I got for the total cost varied from N560K to N900K, so make sure you shop around

much more cheaper from the suppliers here in lagos.but like aasog said,do the frame work or you may overbuy or not buy enough.best of luck with panning your home

I just finished roofing 3bedroom bungalow, i got quotation of 600plus for plain aluminium and 950plus for step tiles from tower aluminium including workmanship but people say is cheaper when u go thru dere distributors. anywayz i later get the plain longspan aluminium done for #530.

I spent #246,000 on wood and carpentry plus #530 for plain longspan aluminium.
