you are the one to decide everybody will talk the one that will favour him and mind you puskin might be forced to come and do his mod duty.just do the one that won't cause confusion or derail the thread. somebody is even suggesting 500 for 400 persons another will come and suggest 100 for 4000 persons.. Do the one that will be feasible and more easier for you to avoid confusion

I also endorse you to do the sharing, but please learn from the mistakes Alexis made. As soon as he was chosen and the money disbursed to his account, he started taking unilateral decisions, forgetting that he was nominated based on trust and needed contribution/suggestions from others for smooth disbursement of d cash.
