Truthfully speaking, I think the blame should not fall on the sweetveek actually. There was no part of the rules which stated what he did as been illegal. The rules should be updated so others won't have an excuse for doing the wrong thing.. But this particular moniker should be pardoned as there was no rule on ground that he actually broke... my humble opinion though...
