ABUJA –PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari has directed Security operativesto fishout those behind the gruesome murder of21 innocentpersons inOmoku, RiversState andthe traditional ruler, the EtumNumana, Dr Gambo Makama, andhis wife inSango Local GovernmentAreaofKaduna State in theNewYear. President Buhari interacts with troops of HQ 1 BDE in Dansadau Zamfara State as part of the 2016 Nigerian Army Day celebration on 13th July 2016 President Buhariexpressed shock and outrage at reports ofthe dastardly act, describing the incidents as “reprehensible andunacceptable.” Inastatement bytheSeniorSpecial Assistantto thePresidentonMedia and Publicity, Malam GarbaShehu, Buhari directed lawenforcement agencies in both states to intensify theircurrent effortsin orderto speedily bringtheperpetratorsto face thewrath ofthe law.
