When last were you paid with new naira notes in a bank ? This scarcity of new naira notes only suggest two things: CBN is no longer printing new notes or something fishy is going on behind the scene.
Dirty, stinking, trashy are some of the adjectives that best describes the naira notes currently in circulation.
Whereas these new naira notes are openly displayed and advertised for sale at parties . Where did these sellers of these new naira notes get it? Certainly some dubious characters at CBN are selling these new naira notes to those who resell back to Nigerians.
This is corruption.
