My question was "which one is high frequency transmission". Words are thrown around to cover up incompetence. There was a glitch. If the grid collapsed, we will still be in darkness. Who ever released that statement about high frequency transmission is an idiot who tried to cover his/her lack of knowledge with high sounding words
