A Nigerian lady, Juliet Okoye has taken to Facebook to share photos from a ghastly accident she survived on New Year’s day, and also thanked God.

She wrote;
“I bless God almighty for helping me survive this fatal accident yesterday evening been 1/1/2018
God you are great
I cant thank him enough for this”

That's ghastly (injuries or scratch) not fatal (involving death).

A car is literally in a ditch dude! how fatal is that less a fatal accident.
yes it's not fatal at all until the car is squeezed and damaged (which involves death) before it is fatal.
but this can be refer as either ghastly or natal, not even terrible
