You can get any of these for around 30K Maybe get something with near modern specs. At least 1GB, android 6, 8GB storage space. Note that there's always a trade off, be careful for brands with mesmerizing specs like 2GB ram on paper, some of them come with dead TouchPad and slow charging battery on arrival like leagoo m8/m8 pro. As for me, I'd probably get the Infinix Hot 5 lite because of Android Nougat and battery life.
