jalether: I watched some of their recent Liga games and I almost have to agree with you. Most posters are apparently not taking into account how well Madrid has been playing in their Liga games. Cronaldo, Higuain, Alonso are in great form as at the last game I saw, which was the one against Atletico. They are dangerous. I'm sure Pep will have the team well prepared, but something about this game just makes me uncomfortable. That 6-2 we gave them last time too much . . . If Yaya starts as DM I will cry. I honestly don't know why some of us are impressed with him. We played him as a CM in some games and he played well, but in that DM spot he has been quite sloppy. Bad passes, not paying attention to what's goin on around him and getting sneaked up on, just generally sloppy. Hopefully if he starts he plays well.  |

We used Eto as a bait in 6-2 stunning of madrista while messi and old Henry were recking havoc on casillas's goal post. its is gonna be another tactical test for Pep,i know it will be a difficult game as madrid only hope to claim any silverware this season is hanging on this game. they will be very rough on messi and one of them must be red-carded(Las or gago).we are winning,but not with 6-2 margin. |

Barcelona right now is the most outstanding team presently. We(real madrid) will not be playing against messi alone but the entire 'barca machine'.that said,it dont mean we are to be written-off. This season so far we have performed better than barca against the top laliga teams and even outplayed them in their backyard, although we lost by a lone goal. this time around we will be better because we havent dropped a single point at home and are on a thirteen match unbeaten run with at least a e goal par game margin. So, barca too will surely have a handfull. Last seasons 2-6 loss cant happen again cos we have our full arsenal at hand and only have kaka as our injury worry(quite unlike last season). also catalunya have a likely problem of overconfidence and overdependence on 'the creative' messi. But we also have CR9 for them to contend with(i pity maxwell, walcotts gonna be childs play). moreso, the pressure will be more on the 'cules' to perform based on antecedents. i have not seen any real analysis here. the no 1 question here is , "WHO WILL MARK FOR MADRID" when all the madrid midfielders/attackers wud be busy rushing to score, they would leave hapless diarra to mark. and remmb the golden rule, you cant score without the ball. barca as usual would keep the ball for 76% of the time and those adjebos in midfield wud be watching and then wud be picked apart. lets look at the defense for madrid, metzelder,albiol,marcelo, garay and ramos. only 2 of these are worth their salaries. dunt forget, these same clowns were down 2 goals to sevilla till the later capitulated. you guys are not obviously madrid fans, cos if u were, you wud know the problem of the team. madrid has no balance!!!!! with vart, granero, alonso,diarra and ronaldo in the midfield, will they stand up to xavi,keita,iniesta,busquets  by the way, barca close you like mad , their work ethic in the midfield is 2nd to none. lets c , in the end, those priemier league bad belles wud dissipate |

why do you think Madrid will come out victorious? Undecided Because RM is not a 2-man team like Barca. Take out Messi & either of Xavi & Iniesta from Barca & they are finished. For anyone who watched the first game between this two earlier in the season If u have to speak the truth U will surely concede that Madrid played much better than Barcelona the home team.in attack,shots at goal,ball possession Madrid was surely better and that was a team that was in formation then compared with a Barcelona team that has been stable for like 3-4 seasons now.Though Barcelona had an edge in the scoreline which was even controversial judging frm Zlatan's position.Now coming to play in the Bernabeu today we are surely going to witness either a very interesting game or a dull one in which both teams will trey to keep cool.But whatever REAL MADRID will win.A team that has so much firepower ,though I agree that their midfield is not as solid but pls keep ur fingers crossed . madrid all d way |
