This photo of these children who were handed goats as reward for their excellence has since caused a stir on social media. Some pupils of a yet to be identified school in Anambra State, were handed goats as reward for coming first in their respective classes. The goat-handing ceremony was reportedly held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Nibo in Anambra State. One word for this please!
