The Digital Services Unit has the mission to provide Nestlé with the best in class Digital platforms and Capabilities to win in Digital Marketing and eCommerce, creating and running end-to-end Digital Services and Solutions, touching billions of consumers everywhere in the world.

The strategic focus spans across key areas such as Digital presence on web, mobile, eCommerce and Omni-channel, Social media listening, engaging and publishing, Personalized Consumer Experiences and advanced CRM, Digital Consumer Analytics, Programmatic media, including upcoming areas such as IoT, connected products and services.
To grow our new Global Digital Hub in Barcelona, we are currently looking for a Mobile and IoT Solution Specialist.


Role & responsibilities

The Mobile and IoT Solution Specialist will be responsible for analysing and refining business and functional requirements, and later collaborating with team members to frame out and translate these digital requirements into meaningful user experiences and strategies and ensuring quality products. The Mobile and IoT Solution Specialist will solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing analytics, systems documentation or procedures, will support implementation team, and ensure functional documentation of the solutions. The Mobile and IoT Solution Specialist will work close with the development team, participating to the agile ceremonies and validating the technical high level solution.

Your responsibilities will be:

•Define and keep improving End-to-end business processes. Ensure requirements impacts on business processes are evaluated. Challenge Business stakeholders into improving existing business processes through experience and monitoring of best practices.
•Assume primary ownership in developing comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions.
•Liaise with the service development team to suggest a high-level functional solution. Support development team by answering functional questions and by ensuring thorough review of the functional impacts of technical decisions. Make sure the analysis is conducted E2E, involving all the impacted systems.
•Develop rational project and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects
•Responsible for the collection of business requirements raised by stakeholders at Nestlé HQ and/or markets, and their analysis to produce functional specifications.
•Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services
•Provide appropriate documentation, training and coaching to the Business Project Managers and ensure the follow-up of the installation / deployment.
•Work together with the development solution architect in Identifying innovation opportunities and helping implement solutions including new features, integration with other systems or adoption of new SDKs
•Support Project Manager / Solution Lead in identifying risks & issues, as well as improvement opportunities
•Build strong awareness of latest industry trends to ensure the relevance of developed solutions


Requirements
•Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Solution Specialist, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar.
•Extremely passionate about Digital, always up to date with the latest Digital trends
•Experience on analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies
•Analytical thinking abilities
•Basic technical knowledge
•Client facing communication skills
•Capability to relation with developers and technical experts
•Ability to develop/maintain productive business relationships.
•Business focus ability
•Experience in Business analysis
•Experience in Digital, ideally on Mobile/IoT activities
•Experience in Data Science would be a plus
•Strong written and oral communications skills
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Experience in Agile methodologies would be a plus
•Excellent communication skills in English (fluent)
