_Who is Fooling WHO, Okoroji or NCC_

We have seen all sorts of stories and attack on an innocent AGF by Tony Okoroji because it appears he cannot have the AGF buy into what is now becoming a very Big Scam in the music industry.

It may interest us to know that the NCC and its top officials are in bed with Tony having serve on the board of the NCC for a long time where they perfected and registered the then *Performing and Mechanical Rights Society (PMRS)* and gave it approval over and above MCSN that was already on ground owing to the fact that MCSN did not allow Tony take over as the head so as not to crash it as he did PMAN.

It is pertinent to note that the Top Officials of the NCC as still drawing their part of the share from PMRS now COSON based on their initial agreement. It is sad that some people who are now aggrieved by what is happening in COSON are sending petitions to the regulator NCC. For WHAT? *NCC and Tony Okoroji are one and the same or do they want the NCC to Cut off their Nose to Spite their Face? *

History

Tony had always wanted to own a Collecting Society after he left PMAN and opened American Specs. However he knew he needed people to use in achiving such. So after trying to hit at MCSN and could not succeed, NCC was just a soft landing for him especially because you had corrupt official who interestingly are still there till date. I will mention their names. Tony floated several organizations to run with but they all failed until he finally sold the idea together with the officials of NCC to *Am-B pro* who jump at it and executed his plan but little did they know that Tony and his people at the NCC had a plan B which will be in stages.

The list would be endless but we would mention a few who had been deceived and hit by these syndicate with its Biggest Scam:

Evangelist Ebenezer Obey, Bode Akinyemi, Keji Okonowo, Rogers Okonkwo,Osita Okeke, Laolu Akins, Toju Ejueyitchie, Sunny Neji, Dare Fasasi, Paul Okeugo, Onyeka Onwenu, Obi Asika, Banky W, Joel Ajayi, Sikiru Agboola, Efe Omorogbe even Audu Maikori and many more who helped Okoroji in executing the COSON plan. They have all written and signed petitions on this same issue but unfortunately those petitions were sent to the wrong place – The NCC which is a subsidiary of COSON (Tony’s Group of Company, TOPS)

Where are they today? As soon as they start to see the fault and have knowledge of ALL the under-dealings of Tony and his boys, they are shown the way out immediately through a Jankara Election or meeting.


The latest victims can tell you better and would be making their experiences know as they have started asking serious questions bordering on Fraud and illegal spending of Musicians money in their care. For instance, Monies that go in for the COSON Week which is commissioned only to TOPS… Tony Okoroji’s PLC (LOL) and we have not even asked how much the COSON HOUSE was bought, already we are aware that Tony is the sole agent and TOPS was the Construction and Renovation Expects in the entire deal. There really needs to be a full investigation to these and many more CHOPPINGS!!.


*NCC under Justice Ministry- Anthony Okoroji, Afam Ezekude & Adoke Bello Mohammed (AAA)*


It is most surprising to see someone like Tony trying to become the spokesperson of government, maybe to the NCC, after he has enjoyed the last administration and wants them back in power so that the deal will continue. No wonder he wants the NCC to be under the Ministry of Information so that his friend *Lai Mohammed* would do his bidding.

However, Okoroji refused to tell the public that *Afam Ezekode* (who was not Qualified for the job) was made DG of the NCC by his Classmate Adoke Bello Mohammed after he had finished using *Bambo Adewopo(SAN).* Afam was the proxy for the Malabu Broker. Okoroji enjoyed so much under the AGF and the NCC at Justice and did not see anything wrong at the time because he was able to factor them into the deal and we need not say more. Bottom line its *_Tony, Afam, Adoke & Meeee - On the Breakfast Table_ .*

From the above, it is very obvious what has gone down in all this and why Okoroji intends to continue with the *MONOPOLY* , so that it can be business as usual. If not, why is Tony complaining so much now and why are the same people at the NCC trying to sabotage the good policies of this present administration? They were taking and executing directives from Adoke because of their share but since the road is blocked now they are saying they can’t because Tony says so.

Tony has sued its regulator for giving a licence to another person to operate and the regulator is busy still running around like there is fire in the house. Have you seen First Bank sue CBN for allowing another Bank to Operate? Or a pure water maker suing NAFDAC for allowing another person produce? Is someone joking here or what?

Meanwhile Tony didn’t tell us that he had sued the AGF, NCC and even Ministry of Information before and lost. Tony didn’t tell the public that he has asked the NCC not to respect the AGF. Tony didn’t tell the public that he has challenged the NCC at the Ministry of Justice and lost in 2009. Now he is bringing up the same issue. I beg let him go to Appeal. Anyway, Tony is not a lawyer so how would he even know?

The government should seriously look inside the NCC and check this Adoke’s people who still feel Tony is their BOSS since he still sends them the thing. �

I am sorry however, for the members of the organization like I said who are complaining to the NCC because nothing serious will be done. In fact, Tony will draft a response and it would be put on the letterhead of the NCC, signed by Akpan, Fagbemi, John, Amodu, Ezeilo or Afam himself and sent back to you. It is very clear why Tony is attacking the innocent AGF because the man has refused to follow his orders like others… *Our Mumu Don Do!!*

Part 1

If Tony wants to jump from 3rd Mainland because his people have by themselves spoken out finally about the *MASSIVE FRAUD* that is going on in COSON and how Tony has been deceiving the public and how he now wants to use Lai Mohammed (his next victim on the line) to continue his Option A4, then he should just say so. But we think he needs to check himself into Yaba left. The Law would soon catch up with him.
