I know many will see this as a good means of getting back on ground.I have been betting for 5 yrs(rough estimate) and I have seen that people usually play in the following ways:

Either staking low and accumulating about 30-40 odds which will cast(as you people call it here) or

Staking high on 2-5 odds which is better Buh still. risky
