any shild dah doesn't say up NEPA, is dah one a shild

that's how it has been, that's how it will continue to be until the day we don't have to wait for light to be restored, the day we just enter our house after a hectic day and we don't have to worrry and start praying in our mind "lord, let there be light when i get home". i know most of you are guilty of this. and when you get home you meet light, you say "thank you, lord". until the day all that stops. you just know there will be light when you get home. until then, children yet unborn will continue to shout "up nepa".
