Yes! There are different Prophecies by different Prophets or men of God from the the same God. There could be many reasons to this. Our God is the almighty, the Bible says 1 Corinthians 13:9 KJV
For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. We can only know God in part, no one has the power to know all about God. So, God decides the extent, He(God) wants to reveal himself to a particular servant of his. Let's see from the scripture, the Lord Jesus Christ had twelve disciples, he speaks with them, teach them and out of the twelve, he had about three of them closer to him again that he speaks more details to, than the twelve, Jesus Christ is the same speaking differently to different people.
Let's see it this way, in a family of five, where a father has instructed each of the children on what to say at particular time and all are declaring and professing what their father has said. Therefore, it's possible God almighty speaks differently to His servants and all speaking what they heard and understood about God. God bless us.

No that is not reason. God speaks to his prophets based on their capacity. The way he worked with Moses is different from Elijah, Elisa,John e.t.c
