Could be Nigerians or Expatriates who are very good in preparing African and Continental dishes (e.g. Appetizers/Salads, Pizza, BBQ, Spinach, Coffee or tea, chocolate cake, carrot cake, Ice cream, baklava, Hamburger, Shawarma, Kafta, Hummus, Gyro, Ham & Cheese wrap) and have acquired at least 1 year working experience , with a proof (CVs) to show for it.
