1. Be very good with the use of industrial sewing machine
2. Be able to pay attention to details and quality
3. Smart and fast with sewing
4. Be able to cut according to instruction with little or no supervision
5. Be able to work as a team member
6. Be hard working
6. Not be older than 30 years
7. Must live in Yaba or environs
8. Previous employment in a tailoring/garment manufacturing company will be an advantage
