Nigerians are known to repeat what they hear in beer parlor as gospel.....so this Mr Integrity thing could all be a fallacy....or Truth

Moral Principles....personally i don't think there is anything moral or honest about going abroad to treat yourself while you cannot replicate the special treatment for your citizens after sounding off that you will stop medical vacation in your tenure.

The name "Mr Integrity" is a translation from Buhari's Hausa Nick name, "Mai Gaskya" which roughly translate to Mr Truth. He got this name sometime in 2000 when the northern states were agitating for Sharia law.
