There is an urgent need to promote our native languages or at least not learn the english language to the detriment of our own native languages. |

I don't know the rubbish the mor.ons coming up with these threads have been on but this forum is clearly for English speakers and is vividly english based. The owner is even yoruba so even if he wanted to promote a mother tongue it would be his own, any one that wants to learn his language is free to go and start his own forum based on his mother tongue and invite his/her people. |

Abagworo: ikengawo is from imo state and he wrote in his own dialect[b].he nile ye kwuru wu nne[/b]. I just stumbled on this old thread, and the bolded caught my attention. Please, which Igbo community uses 'nne' in that context? I thought it was peculiar to my own people. (I am inferring that 'nne' here means 'truth'.) |
