A Medical Doctor with an HMO experience of 2-5 years is needed to fill the position of a medical manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in achieving the company’s business development goals/financial target.
• Develop and implement cost control measures with respect to medical claims.
• Provide necessary information such as benefit tables to Call Centre agents.
• Ensure prompt attention and resolution to all client issues (Conflict Resolution)
• Documentation of all formal client complaints and issues with resolution plan and implementation dates.
• Ensure effective and excellent customer/enrollee relationship management.
• Drive required expansion of our clientele base through excellent client servicing.
• Organize and conduct client’s health forums
• Maintain an updated directory of assigned clients.
• Ensure prompt delivery of ID cards for enrolled members.
• Conduct frequent and timely induction for clients on their health plans and individual benefit cover.
• Ensure prompt delivery of invoices and follow up to ensure prompt payment of premium
• Ensure timely collation of monthly Customer Satisfaction Survey report
• Ensure effective case management/referral of enrollees on admission which includes visitation of enrollees on admission.
• Retrieval, update and record-keeping of all client credentials/files and correspondence.
• Ensure effective monitoring, analysis, and reporting of client’s utilization.
• Resolve all problems related to medical claims eligibility or benefits.
• Identify high risk or perceived high risk clients.
• Advise management on profitability of clients.
• Perform any other duty as required by management
