PROCEDURE.

1. Seller and buyer indemnify each other with $1 million such that any party who fails to perform pays $1 million equivalent in naira on the exchange rate of N360 to the other party.

2. Buyer issues to seller signed bank endorses cheque with pay advice including buyer and all facilitator banking coordinates at the back .

3.Upon receipt of the cheque, seller transfers USD immediately from United States to Buyer within the stipulated time stated in the indemnity and sends telex copy to buyer for verification.

4. Buyer verifies the telex copy and quickly credits seller and all facilitators according to the pay advice at the back of the bank endorsed cheque without delay.

5. Should Seller fail to perform after scanned cheque given to him as stated in the indemnity letter signed by both parties, seller will remit $1million ( N360 million ) to buyer without any delay . Likewise when buyer fails to perform after seller transfers USD to buyer's domiciliary account and delivers telex copy, buyer shall immediately remit to seller $1 million ( N360 million ).
