There's a big difference between the attack of 2009/ 2013 and attack of 2015/till present. One , the president of that time wasn't the one ordering the attack, although some governors and senators and top security personnels were. The president met some challenges in tackling the Jos attacks. But he tried and fought the attackers and the attacks drastically went down.
