Is there really gonna be a test for MSc applicants? Knowing that these are non-English speaking countries, will the test (if any) gonna be of English (as opposed to French, German or Mandarin, lol) and subject based?
Or just panels to review our applications and determine those who should be awarded.

they might ask for english certificate like toefl, ielts,or certificate of proficiency from the school.

please will my passport photo have to show on my application after i have uploaded it?

Sir, please how does one apply for local scholarship?

Please, we need some clarifications as regards the Germany applicants. I have completed my online application. Applied for a German school(Msc) in my PTDF application as first choice and I have proceeded to register with DAAD. What else are we to do on the DAAD platform? Are we going to register for another scholarship? Still confused about this issue of DAAD and it seems it's only German schools that is requesting for this further application. Information on this will be very helpful.

Ofcourse it must show, though network might delay it.

Can't see a direct course. But you can choose this:

For MSc, test. For PhD, interview.

But what is different is that PTDF will secure your admission and placement in the university of your choice if you obtain the scholarship unlike before in which you look for by yourself.

I doubt if there will be a selection test, unlike last year where it was stated that selection will be by cbt, here it states that a selection committeel will review application using certain criteria.

i haven't see any link for masters or phd program. I only login into their website. I don't think their portal for regisration for masters and phd scholarships have open.

I am thinking they mean Exam number. Did they ask for both exam number in the application and PIN number.
