Good day fellow Nairalanders, instead of waiting for the government to provide job I think we can create one for ourself so today I would like to talk about how to start a business with capital as low as 60000 naira and you will be making a profit of at least #30,000 NAIRA monthly.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS LEASING
Construction material leasing is a very lucrative business with low competition because there are few people in the business all you need to do is get the materials and find an open area where you can display for people to see.

WITH #60,000 (SIXTY THOUSANDS NAIRA
A shovel cost #1,500 and the leasing price is #100 so,
Buy four shovels at 1500 naira each(#6,000) and you are going to lease each of it out at hundred naira to your customers.

A wheelbarrow cost 10000 naira and leasing price is 300 naira , buy two wheel barrow at #20,000 you will be making a profit of six hundred naira a day.

A digger cost 1800 naira and the leasing price is 200 naira so aquire four digger at the rates of #7,200 naira and you will be making a profit of 800 naira in a day

A head pan cost 1500 naira and the leasing price is 150 naira so acquire 4 headpans at the rate of 6000 naira and you will be making a profit of six hundred naira a day.

A 9 inches cement block moulding cost 15k and the leasing price is #400 while that of 6 inches cost #9,000 and the leasing price is 300, with the two you will be making seven hundred naira a day.

BREAKDOWN ANALYSIS

Cost of materials leasing per 1
4 shovels @ #1500 each= #6000 #100
4 Headpans @ #1500 ,, =#6000 #150
4 Diggers @ #1800 ,, =#7200 #200
2 wheelbarrows @10k ,, =#20000 #300
9inches molder =#15000 #400
6inches molder =#9000 #300

Total= (#63,200) (#1,400)

From the above analysis the capital is just #63,000 while that #1,400 is the price you will be making daily provided one of these materials is leased out ,what if two or more or even all of these materials is leased out daily now do the math yourself.#1,400)

In addition to the above analysis add the following to the list for more profit.
A water drum cost #4,000 and the leasing price is around #3-400 buy two water drums for #8,000

A cement ring molder cost #40,000 and the leasing price is #1,500 so buy 2 molder for #80,000

A sand siever cost #700 and the leasing price is #100 buy 4 siever for #2,800.

A plum cost #1,200 and the leasing price is #100
Buy 4 plum for #4,800

A axe cost #1,500 and the leasing price is #200 buy two for 3000

Further breakdown analysis
2 water drums = 8000
2 ring molders =80000
4 sand siever =2800
4 plum =4800
2 axes =3000
Total (#98,600)

If you lease one out of the list of materials above you will be making #2,300 on daily basis
#2,300 * 26days=#59,800

Combine first and second analysis.
Total capital : 98,600+63,200= #161,800 only

Proposed monthly income:36400+59800= #96,200

This monthly income (#96,000) is calculated under the assumption that just only one among the list of materials will be leased out, which means if you are having more customers you might be leasing out two or more.

Note: out of 200k you are still having some left so rent a shop with that.
