Hello webmasters please i need guidance.

My Google Adsense was hijacked, after few days i noticed that the adsense has been banned i was even happy not knowing my domain name was afected too.
Now i got a new adsense acct but ads won't appear on that domain unless i place it on another domain.

Now am planning to buy a new domain but i want to retain my brand name.
so now am thinking of buying a (.NG domain) the former was .com

How good is .NG domain names, does it av any negative effect on ranking? will adsense earnings be affected??

why was your old adsense banned?

If you dont resolve the reason why it was banned, your new adsense could get banned even on a new domain.

I usually advise ppl, especially if they have a good brand and the .com is available; I advise them to buy all possibles... .net, org, .com.ng, .ng, etc

bro here is what happened... my adsense on that site was hijacked, i couldn't login again...so i mailed Google after which they told me nothing can be done.
so i then summouned courage to let it go ...so i removed all the ad codes on the site.

so after which i got a new adsense... i placed the codes surprisingly ads didnt show up..i tested it on another site it worked.

so i tried putting the codes of my hijacked adsense to see ...and i realised it didn't show up so i then realised the stolen adsense seem to av been banned ...and now affecting my Url.

It does .ng, com.ng, net.ng, org.ng are all ccTLDs(Country code top-level damains). Meaning they are only listed in search engines like google when the user is searching from a nigeria or through google.com.ng. This is because google assumes your site is intended for localised use because of the .ng in the domain making it a ccTLD, Hence they'll automatically set your site's geographical location to Nigeria. Although, It doesn't mean international visitor can't access your website directly or from social media.

POINT IS, These domains(ccTLDs) are mostly used if the site is intended for visitors locally

Just as Emmysky summarily said, everything .ng are intended for local visitors only.

Your choice then depends on your niche / what the site/brand is about,

I prefer you go for .com or .com.ng .net ok

don't buy .ng, .com.ng is all you need, if your content are targeted at nigerian audience, then .com will be a great mistake, many6 of the big blogs on .com are now running back to .com.ng, yabaleft and naij are coming back to .ng, while .ng is for established brands, .com.ng is for every one and anyone.
