A statement by the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, said he made the statements while receiving Hon. Louise Mushikiwabo, Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs, who came as Special Envoy of President Paul Kagame, at the State House, Abuja, Tuesday.
