I need to know from people that have applied for UK spouse visa. My friend is applying with a marriage certificate from a local registrar and not the federal registrar in Ikoyi.

Pls i need to know if the marriage certificate is still acceptable or he has to do it in the federal court.

also pls nairaland, whats the deal with the federal court anyway. I notice its always packed while the others are empty,
