It is funny how some people from the northern part and some Yoruba Muslims are supporting this appointment and others made by Buhari.

Some have even said that the north is not one tribe considering other strategic appointments favoring the region.

I am just wondering what would happen in the country if a southern president makes the following appointment, all going to the south, which is not also a tribe.... no matter how the people voted...

...for me I think Boko haram will increase, Fulani herdsmen will intensify, clashes will erupt in the north as seen during Obasanjo tenure...The emirs, Arewa youths, ACF, NEF and the elites will spit fire....and eventually, Nigeria could go into civil war as our northern brothers cannot bear it. But this is happening under a northern president where all the position listed above are from the north.

All regions should have a sense of belonging in the affairs of their country. This is the reason there are Federal Character Commission and Quota System framework to ensure there is some form of equal representation in governance in the country.
