The Court of Appeal on Thursday in Abuja expelled a movement looking to control the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from directing the re-run decision into the Anambra Central Senatorial District.

Conveying the judgment, Justice Abubakar Yahaya held that the before arrange made on November 20, 2017 coordinating INEC to lead decision for the senatorial seat inside 90 days couldn't be switched.
