SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT: SS/003

RESPONSIBILITIES: The broad roles for this position are:
 Serve as right hand to the Managing Partner to execute and support strategic priorities and work across teams to drive results.
 Assemble, analyze, and communicate data and expert opinions related to areas of strategic importance to the Managing Partner.
 Create and continuously update a writing schedule and action list for the Managing Partner.
 Maintain an understanding of projects, timelines, deliverables, and due dates and work with the Managing Partner to ensure timely completion of all tasks
 Work closely with management to ensure decisions are being made in a timely manner
 Maintain an understanding of the organization and the activities necessary to achieve them

 Conduct research, create PowerPoint Presentations, and draft speeches and talking points for external and internal presentations and speaking engagements
 Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO maintaining a high level of professionalism

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION

 A graduate with a minimum of second class Upper degree in any social sciences discipline.
 Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the related area.
 Strong organization and project management skills
 Strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
 Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
 Ability to work independently and take initiative when appropriate

 Must be able to work with little supervision.
 Must be a computer literate and have good command of English language

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION
 A graduate with a minimum of second class Upper degree in the field of Accounting, Economics, Finance or other social sciences discipline.
 Must have completed the mandatory one year National Youth Service Program(NYSC)
