The Director-General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Captain Muhtar Usman made this disclosure while urging both the federal and state-owned airports to comply with the regulatory body to ensure standards across the airports in the country.

Usman mandated that all airports in Nigeria must abide by the given standards in accordance to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (NCAR), which is the domestication of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) regulations.
