Please does anyone know of any professional therapists in Nigeria. Professionally trained. I had to see the doctor today for some glandular issues and on the side I found out my blood pressure is too high. Like, extremely high. Especially for my age. I've taken an ECG test already and will follow up on Monday but apart from the physical stress school/maintaining my grades and internships bring on me I think I do know some of the underlying emotional causes. I feel like I need to see a therapist to help sort them out and also figure out if I'm clinically depressed so I can be placed on meds. I'd like to interface with a professional who respects their client's privacy. I've googled this but no reviews for most of them except one which was negative.
