Mercury Villager is a type of minivan just like Toyota Siena, Nissan Quest, Honda Oddesey. But i wouldn't know how reliable the car is? Does it have any know issues? Can somebody be advised to buy it? I really want to know because i like the car and since i cannot afford Toyota Siena(which is preferable), i'm considering buying the car.

I googled it and only found out that it comes with Nissan Quest Engine.

Experienced guys in the house should please throw more light on this vehicle, MERCURY VILLAGER

Anybody that has information about Mercury Villager, a minivan should please share it here so we can all learn. How reliable is this car/bus? Does it have any known issues? What are the risks (if any) in buying the car?

The mercury villager is essentially a Nissan quest born out of a collaboration between Ford and Nissan the drive train and engine are all Nissan.

How reliable as reliable as a quest I would say.

I will like to know more abt this villager cos someone told me that the parts are more expensive than quest. Is this true?

@ping2ping, d mecury villager is not a bad car, i use one presently,its just like nissan quest, d only difference is dat the body and exterior parts were designed by Ford, but it carries the nissan Quest engine. Honestly the van require strict compliance with maintenance,the part is a bit expensive, u av to mind the water level cos overheating could damage this van within a twinkle of an eye. It carries a v6 engine op u know that which means more power and more fuel.Be sure u inspect the one u re buying cos if it got issues, d van could sniff life out of u, if its in good condition then the ball is in ur court to maintain it well. I hope this help.
