Pls i want 2 knw wat realy caused d infectn, i do clean my pp wit water afta convinience,change my panties. Infact i dnt slip wit it except on my mnthly flow. Pls i realy wnt 2 knw d cause of d infectn.

Its hard to tell as there are several types. Are there other symptoms like itching, discharge [if so which colour?], pain, fever? No need to panic, it is more likely to be a mild treatable condition. Do a test in the lab by taking a sample from you pp.
Also do you have a partner? Is he well? He may need to be tested as well.

10x. Anytime i use tisue paper constantly i always feel inchy bt if i stop d inchy wil stop. As per discharge,weneva dere is 1 it always white.
