The Almighty may also have it that this lady may possibly be suffering or potentially become inflicted with chronic back pain which is normally a disadvantage of having very big breasts. That said though, I do believe that cosmetic surgery is wrong and that apart from the risks and health implication it is wrong for us as human beings to do away with what the Almighty has purposefully given to us.

You have no idea how much Humans have been sequenced, modified and tweaked remotely by our Extra-Terrestrial Creators. But I know for sure that they marvel at our ingenuity and really love us to do whatever it takes to be happier.
