A world class freight forwarding company has an urgent vacancy for an experienced Air freight coordinator for full time employment.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities-
Very strong numeric skills

Must be IT savvy (Must be familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook)

Customer care experience

Ability to work under intense pressure

Must not be greedy or a thief

Duties-
Directly report to the Lagos Office Head

Office administration

Responding to customer inquiries and complaints

Preparing financial and management reports. This could involve liaising with transport, subcontractors, airline and customers.

Good time management skills. Freight managers work on tight deadlines. You will receive Airfreight shipment at the warehouse and take accurate records of items received.

Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers.

Develop business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.

Location: Lagos. Proximity to Ikeja is an added advantage.

Salary- Negotiable
