As creative editors, with over ten years of experience, we have been privileged to read many works – novels, short stories, plays, poems, nonfiction books, etc. – by new/emerging Nigerian writers.

Sadly, we observed that 90% of such works were plagued with poor writing quality. Only 10% made the good writing quality list.

Our simple and honest counsel to the 90% of writers is this: work diligently on improving your writing skill…or perhaps consider hanging up your ‘writing boots.’

But, if you’re really serious about writing, you can better your writing skill by:

*Reading Widely (fiction and nonfiction works)

*Attending Writing Classes/Workshops

*Hiring an experienced Creative Editor

In the words of Justice Loius Brandeis: ‘There is no great writing, only great rewriting.’

If you need help with the services of an experienced creative editor, don’t hesitate to give us a call today.
