A vehicle Tracking services company based in Lagos Island urgently wishes to hire a Relationship Officer.

Job Description:
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close
Receive and manage all calls from customers or enquirers on product and services
Follow up customers by phone, email
Analyze and log all customer issues.
Coordinate installations with installers and customers
Follow up calls to prospective and existing clients
Update and manage Customer database
Prepare weekly reports
Other responsibilities as may be assigned to you by your
immediate superior and the MD/CEO


Requisites:
Experience of at least one year in customer service unit
Average and Above IT Skills.
Excellent written and communication skills
Proactive and able to work under little or no supervision
Excellent people skills
Responsible, organized and efficient.

dont u think the job role is quite heavy. I think u are looking for a general manager. I know the biz like the back of my hand, and advise u split the job role into two. Let one person coordinate field ops and anything technical and the other pure customer service and production of marketing marterials and follow up. What device do u base your service on. Tramigo?
