I placed an order for a DVD player from Jumia number 356867932 which I later discovered was defective and was promptly returned. Jumia was supposed to remit this money into my account but instead turned it into a payment voucher which I had no option but to accept. The issue with Jumia now is that I selected another DVD player which is #2,900 Naira above the voucher limit of 12,200 Naira and was asked to pay balance of #2,900 Naira for which I attempted payment but it wasn't fulfilled because of insufficient balance in my MasterCard account. When I made another attempt to pay the balance #2,900 using my visa card account, the payment was declined and I was asked to make full payment on delivery for item number 334866132 for over #15,000 Naira instead of just #2,900, being the balance less the payment voucher amount of #12,200 Naira. I think this is unfair. I've been patronizing Jumia for sometime now without issues until recently. Please let someone help as support is yet to attend to this issue adequately. |
