Hey people, this is certainly not my list. The source is United States Department of Justice. The list is a backdrop of the Halliburton bribery scandal that involved several nigerian government officials and as shown in this list as well as a few expatriates.

I have nothing personal against IBB, neither is this list meant to give OBJ a saintly posture. But as you all are aware, neither OBJ nor Ibori played any part in the Halliburton mess, hence their exclusion from this list.
Come to think of it, is there any one in this country who really think that in other civilized societies, the likes of IBB should be walking the streets freely rather that being locked up in a maximum security facility for the rest of his miserable life?

Come on people! We are humans after-all and not animals.

Ethnic groups don't steal money, people do. undecided
You just have a very limited mentality and you are an embarrassment to your so called tribe.

@poster what u are saying basically is that anyone who has occupied a public office is a thief.
Well, that is typically Nigerian, we are all fools to let these guys rob us bare and can't do anything about it.

Shame on Nigerians !
Cowards !

One of the reasons why imperialist find it relatively easy dice up the land and exploit us, here's a list of potential looters, partly responsible for dragging us down from fulfilling our potential, and all you could offer is that your ethnic group didn't contribute enough to TRAGEDY. That's so revealing.
