GEx Deliveries is looking for Delivery Managers for each 36 states and capital in Nigeria


Job Descritption

You will be responsible for organising all deliveries to customers and liaising directly with the customer and company.

Must be computer literate, work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Working with excel sheets & mail mergers.

Responsible for all outgoing deliveries within assigned state.

Responsible for overnight dispatch for other cities within the state.

Fulfilment centre deliveries working with uploading files to GEx.

Print delivery labels off & checking all ok.

Processing claims for product damages with the courier.

Outbound calls checking contact information is correct

Liaising with couriers on a daily basis checking our delivery and collection times

Checking courier invoices weekly to ensure ok for payment with no discrepancies

Upload tracking updates for thier state

Must meet time deadlines throughout the day among other assigned duties.

Minimum Qualification is OND/HND/BSC
