Job Tile: Field Marketer –Team Lead

Due to imminent drive towards Business growth, we urgently seek to engage the services of a Strategic marketer to promote our services, increase our Brand Visibility to boost sales and company's Revenue.

Location: Lagos

Specification:
- Aggressive sales of new petroleum product (Additive) to customers
- The preferred candidate must have eyes for details
- Must have effective communication/interpersonal skill
-Feedback on competition in terms of pricing and marketing strategies.
-Energetic Sales of company products at approved prices
-Achievement of sales target – white products and lubricants
-Preparation of sales performance report weekly and monthly
- Excellent selling/negotiation skills
- Must be a high flyer and result-oriented
- Humility and passion for sales are highly needed
- Empathy and a sense of humor is a plus
- Must have high conversion rate of moving prospects to customers
- Leadership and Analytical skills are essential
- Problem-solving skills, Emotional Intelligence and conflict management ability is an essential.


Experience: 3-5 years Field marketing experience with proven track record of passion for sales and high Revenue generation for the Organisations worked for.

Qualification: HND/BSC IN Marketing, Business Admin or related field.
