In Nigeria an election is only a defeat if the electoral umpire (the inec boss) says so.

The INEC boss Mahmoud Yakubu would never say so.

So technically Buhari cannot be defeated in 2019.

Haters goan die.
i know all that but i am saying that for example, if the inec chairman declares the other contestant victorious, buhari can never agree to handover

no he would

in this day and age no african leader would try that

If an african leader is bold enough to try that then he might as well pull his strings before the announcement of the winner or rather before the elections proper.
