We are looking for qualified candidate to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

RESPONSIBILIITIES
• Managing diaries, correspondence, phone calls and organising meetings and appointments.
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in the same role
• Candidates must reside around Gbagada and its environs.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
